Office Admin Assistant

 

Part-time role

An exciting new opportunity!

 

We are seeking a hardworking, adaptable, enthusiastic and well-organised person with excellent interpersonal skills to provide efficient secretarial and admin support in our busy school office. The role is approximately 15 hours per week (Thursdays and Fridays) and salary will be dependent upon qualifications and experience. The role is term time only, with an additional 6 days required during the school holidays, one just before and one just after the start and end of each of our three school terms. The successful candidate will have a flexible, 'can do' attitude; they will undertake secretarial and admin duties and will also support our Finance Officer with some admin. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail will be needed.

AFTER SCHOOL CARE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an After-School Care Supervisor to join our team. The role involves providing care within a safe, stimulating and vibrant environment, from 3.30pm-5.30pm each day (6.00pm occasionally) for children aged 3-11 who attend the school. We are looking for a friendly, professional, hardworking individual, preferably with a Level 3 qualification. The role is term time only but with the flexible opportunity to sign up for shifts in our Holiday Club during school holiday periods. There is also the opportunity to work additional hours at lunchtime (12.15pm-1.45pm). The individual should be:
