School Cook

We are seeking a School Cook to join our catering team as soon as possible. The job includes planning and creating nutritional and healthy menus in line with current regulations and best practice. The Cook is responsible for ensuring that children's dietary needs are met in accordance with medical needs and choices eg vegetarian, lactose intolerant etc. dealing with suppliers, ordering supplies, managing the allocated budget for catering, preparing, cooking and serving lunches for children and staff every day, washing up, clearing away and cleaning the kitchen and having due regard for current health and safety and food hygiene practices and regulations. The role is primarily term time but will include some days during the summer and Easter breaks.

After School Care Supervisor

We are seeking an additional, qualified After School Care (ASC) Supervisor to join our team. The job involves providing care and play for children within a safe, stimulating and vibrant environment. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and hardworking individual to join our small team.

The School is committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and an Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. The role is term time only but there are always opportunities to pick up additional shifts during school holiday periods by working in our Holiday Club, which is open to Fairfield and non-Fairfield pupils during school holiday periods.

Our ASC caters for children aged between 3 and 11, all of whom attend our school.
