Fairfield School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. These include ID and right to work in the UK, satisfactory references and a successful Enhanced DBS check. The School will carry out online searches on shortlisted applicants and all applicants will be required to provide details of their online profile, including social media account names/handles, as part of their application.

It is a condition of employment that the employee should not have been convicted of a criminal offence against children, nor have been dismissed from or resigned from a previous employer for misconduct of a similar nature.

Our Recruitment, Selection and Disclosure Policy can be found on this website under the About/School Information menu.
