Tuition Fees

Termly fees for the 2023–2024 academic year are listed below and include the cost of lunch. 

For Nursery pupils a combination of morning, afternoon or full day sessions can be arranged, subject to availability. In order to provide continuity of experience and learning it is preferable for Pre-School Nursery pupils to attend for five morning sessions as soon as possible after entry although, in some circumstances, parents may wish to begin with three sessions. We consider three sessions to be a minimum.The Lambs Room and the Pre-School Nursery class are an integral part of the whole school; if over-subscribed, priority will be given to pupils intending to transfer to the main school.

Other Fees

Registration Fee:  Non-refundable, charged for all pupils - £100.

Acceptance Deposit:  The acceptance deposit is payable when the offer of a place is accepted.  This is refunded without interest when the child leaves the school and all outstanding monies have been paid - £500.

After-School Care closes at 18:00. An additional charge of £25 will be incurred if parents are late or delayed in collecting their child and arrive after 18:00.

Extra-curricular activities

We aim to minimise all extra costs at Fairfield School. Extra-curricular clubs available free of charge include: Arts and Crafts, Athletics, Boys’ Sports, Choir, Cricket, Cycling Proficiency, Dodge Ball, Football, Girls’ Sports, Hand Bells, Hockey, Lego, Netball, Recorders, Rounders, Rugby and Shakespeare.

The following extra-curricular clubs are available for a small charge: Gymnastics, Music Tuition (Brass, Cello, Guitar, Percussion, Piano, Violin, Ukulele, Recorders, Keyboards and Woodwind), Speech and Drama and Tennis.

Notes

Families with more than one child at the school receive a reduction of 5% for the second child and 10% for the third child etc.

We are able to accept Childcare Vouchers issued by Allsave, Care-4, Computershare Voucher Services (Busy Bees), Edenred (Accor Services), Fair Care, Kiddivouchers, Kidsunlimited, Sodexo Motivation and South Gloucestershire Council.

Bursaries

We offer a number of means-tested bursaries to help parents who may have difficulty in meeting the cost of school fees. Bursaries to the value of 100% are available. Forms are available upon request from the Finance Officer or Headmistress.
